Vivi Pineda, previously from the real estate office on the island, has been an innovative force for over 4 years. Vivi has developed and instituted a program to educate and embrace off island brokers. Historically, over 75% of re-sales are co-brokered on the entire island. Having a strong relationship with off island brokers will expedite listed properties to be sold faster. This program, her great repoire with Fisher Island residents and bilingual ability has lead towards sales of over $175 million.
