New harborview lease rules

Please note the Harborview has recently instituted new regulations for leasing:
All leases must be between 6-12 months.
The same tenant can only rent once per 3 years
The tenant will be required to pay the association a non-refundable fee equal to one month rent when submitting for lease approval.
