On Wednesday, March 11, 2009, a very dear Fisher Island Club employee, Isola Wallace, was hit by a car while crossing the Macarthur Causeway. Isola is at Jackson Memorial Hospital and was on life support for several days. Although she is now off of life support, she will still have to go through various procedures as part of her recuperation. For this reason, Isola will not be able to return to work until she fully recovers. Isola is an employee of the Spa. She works very hard in the ladies locker room. If you know her, you know that your every need is tended to immediately and with a smile.

To help with the financial hardship, we have set up a bank account in the name of Isola Wallace Fund at Regions Bank at Marina Village III. Many Members and Employees have asked us to do this so they can assist Isola's family during this difficult time.
