Robert Bengt Volé has dedicated his entire life to service. So much so that he has turned serving others into an art form of his own. Growing up just north of Chicago and working for his family's numerous business ventures, Robert learned that service was a key to success. He had spent and great deal of time in the family's Construction Company developing subdivisions and custom homes. He never imagined that all those long after school evenings and summers in the family restaurants and in their hotel business would lead him to pursue a career in real state.

Like other professionals, when Robert moved to Miami he was seeking a career as a Stockbroker. Yet strongly attracted by the hospitality industry he was drawn to the Fisher Island Club. Starting from the ground up in 1991, he worked his way through management, keeping his eye on the bigger picture.

The venture into real estate began when he teamed up with Don Pingaro seizing the opportunity to become a part of one of the most successful real estate partnership ever. Their combined experience has turned The Volé-Pingaro Partnership into a runaway success since 1995.

Aside from his professional responsibilities, Mr. Vole' has started a charity www.ManateeMarchMiami.org in order to bring art, culture, community as well as environmental awareness to Miami.

Robert has also founded The EOE (The Eye On Earth) a global site for streamlining the Buying, Selling, Leasing & Trading of Real Estate in the US and Foreign Countries.

Robert prides himself in taking time to be creative in the many facets of his life. He also likes to read, travel and studying foreign economies.

Don Pingaro has attained the reputation as a leading luxury residential real estate professional, with numerous record-breaking sales.

Don enjoys all aspects of the real estate business and finds it constantly challenging. In 2008, Don surpassed the $330 million sales mark. Over the past 10 years he is has been in the top 1% worldwide residential real estate sales.

Don has been a South Florida resident since 1990. He relocated from his childhood home of Cold Spring, New York to enroll in The University of Miami's MBA program. Since his graduation in 1992 he has been a fixture on Fisher Island.

He parlayed his previous eight years of restaurant management experience into a Food & Beverage management position on Fisher Island. The next two years were spent overseeing the island restaurants and gaining a better appreciation for personal service in a private club setting.

In 1994, he turned his efforts into Real Estate sales. Focusing on waterfront luxury homes and specializing in the Fisher Island market. Within 18 months he was the Top Producer at the locally revered firm, Byrne-Rinehart & Co.

An avid athlete, Don has participated in the 2000 Stockholm, 2003 Disney & Twin Cities, 2006 Hololulu, 2007 Houston 1/2 Marathons, 2006 & 7 Minneapolis Triathlon and 2005 & 6 Chicago Triathlon, 2006 Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon, 2007 Vineman 1/2 Ironman & 2008 California 1/2 Ironman. His personal best marathon is 3 hours 36 minutes and olympic distance triathlon is 2 hours 29 minutes. In October 2007 he placed in the top 5 of the Inagural Escape To Bermuda Triathlon. His other passions are windsurfing, snowboarding, tennis and golf.

Don has traveled extensively to Hawaii, Palm Springs, Cape Cod, Scottsdale, Europe and more for his golf vacations. Don recently celebrated his 40 birthday with a golf bonanza in Bandon Dunes.

He has competed the past nine years for United States in the International Cup on Fisher Island with a personal 20-8-1 match play record. Don was the playing United States Captain in 2001 & 2002. He was the 2006 Men's Invitational Champion, 2002 Fisher Island Club Net Champion, 2005 & 2006 Fisher Island Mixed Club Champion, 2003, 2004, 2005 & 2007 La Quinta Skins Champion and finished runner up in the 2003 Cape Cod CC Championship.

Don married Dr. Courtnee Zobac on Bora Bora back in August 2002. The couple met on Fisher Island in the late 1997. Courtnee has opened her chiropractic hollistic wellness center in Davie Florida in October 2006.

A local Miami resident for nineteen years, she has not only been involved in real estate, but has also invested some time into running a property concierge company exclusively for Fisher Island residents.
